Certified Handler Certification (CHC)

Neil Dobbs is a Compliance Certifiers authorised to issue a very wide range of Certified Handler Certificates (CHC).  Certificates issue by Neil set the scope of a wide range of Controlled Substance Licences (CSL’s) issued by Worksafe. These include: Vertebrate Toxic Agents (VTA) such as Potassium Cyanide, Sodium Cyanide and 1080 and Fumigants like Hydrogen Cyanide and Magnesium Phosphide (Mag Toxic), Methyl Bromide and Chloropicrin.

Neil also is authorised to issue CHC’s relating to highly hazardous substances that are either Agrichemicals or Toxic Substances that have Class 6.1A or 6.1B (HSNO) or H300, H310 (under the new GHS Hazard Coding’s.) Classifications.

Location Compliance Certificates (LCC)

Neil Dobbs is authorised to issue a wide range of Location Compliance Certificate where, flammable, oxidising, toxic or corrosive substances are stored or used in quantity that exceed HS Regulations threshold amounts.

Please complete the application form provided and detail as much information as possible so that the certification process can move forward as quickly as practicable.

If information is not available at the time of the application it can be added at a later time by either the applicant or Certifier by assessing the file using a secure password system.

Stationary Container System (SCS) Compliance Certificates

Neil Dobbs is authorised to issue a range of Stationary Container Systems certificates needed for tank or process container and associated equipment that hold hazardous substances above certain quantities. 

You may need both a SCS and LCC for your tank or process container, either can normally be issued at the same time, but require separate applications to be made.
